J&D Benefits Update with Covid-19

During these challenging times, we hope this message finds you well. As of writing this communication, a state of emergency has been has declared in Ontario, Nova Scotia, British Columbia and Alberta, along with various municipalities across Canada, as all levels of government try to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, the health and safety of our J&D Benefits team, our clients, and the community we live in, are foremost in our minds.

We have planned, made preparations and implemented a broad work from home strategy so we can continue to serve you, business as (mostly) usual.

  • You can expect to reach us as you always do, as all office phone lines are portable and managed remotely.
  • We continue to be in constant contact with insurers so that we can provide the best advice and information to our clients.
  • Meetings with clients, insurers, other stakeholders and colleagues will be done by phone and video to protect everyone’s health.
  • Digital copies of documents sent via e-mail will always be provided.
