We have planned, made preparations and implemented a broad work from home strategy so we can continue to serve you, business as (mostly) usual.

  • You can expect to reach us as you always do, as all office phone lines are portable and managed remotely.
  • We continue to be in constant contact with insurers so that we can provide the best advice and information to our clients.
  • Meetings with clients, insurers, other stakeholders and colleagues will be done by phone and video to protect everyone’s health.
  • Digital copies of documents sent via e-mail will always be provided.
